The Nicorette patch has helped me a lot. Granted, little pricey, but better than the cost of cigarettes now days.

I have been using the Nicoderm CQ patch since the end of November, and my last day on it is next week. It seems to have worked well at controlling my physical withdrawal symptoms, but NOTHING really helps the mental part–it just takes LOTS of willpower. Good luck!

I did Chantix (prescription) and it was great, definitely expensive – about $ 30 buck a week for 3 months….but if you are serious, check it out. No cravings, even when I hang around people who smoke

I have had 2 friends use Chantix with outstanding results! I don’t personally smoke but you should ask your doctor about it.

I know the Patch works quite well. I wasn’t a fan of the gum taste-wise but it did help with cravings as well.

I’ve heard the most positive things about the laser treatments however. It costs about the same as a full course of the patch so it’s just a matter of what you’d prefer.

if you want patches real ones buy them from a pharmacist.
